theBABrain is an open-source project built and run by Agnieszka Balcerzak. This page explains what personal information is collected through thebabrain.ai and its event pages, why, and what choices you have. It's written to match what the site actually does, not a generic template.

What theBABrain does not do

Legal basis for processing

Everything above is processed on the basis of your consent: you actively submit a form to join the waitlist or register for an event. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How long your data is kept

Waitlist and newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Event registration details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to run that event and follow up afterwards, then deleted.

Children

theBABrain is intended for working professionals and isn't directed at children. It doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If what theBABrain collects or how it's used changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised accordingly.
