I want analysts to have time to understand problems, challenge assumptions and work with people. Too much of the day goes into summarising information, finding earlier decisions and catching up after meetings.
That is why I’m building the BA Brain: to support the work around analysis while keeping judgement and responsibility with the analyst. I use it in my own work and develop the open starter with feedback from other analysts.
