The problem

You're paid to think clearly.
But you spend hours just getting there.

Every decision you make as a BA leaves a trail: who said what, why something changed, what's still valid. Right now, that trail exists only in your head, or scattered across notes nobody else can piece together. When it disappears, you don't just lose time. You lose the ability to say why a requirement is what it is, or whether it still holds.

Generic AI tools don't fix this, they start cold every session. Note-taking apps don't either: they store information, not the reasoning behind it.

Why this, why me

20 years at the intersection of IT and business. The last 5 as a trainer, mentor, and consultant to business analysts, one of the first certified BAs in Poland, 7x IIBA Certified.

I've watched the same pattern repeat across every engagement: brilliant analysts, chaotic execution. Scattered notes. Forgotten decisions. The same context re-explained meeting after meeting. I spent years trying to fix it by teaching it away, better habits, better templates, more discipline. It didn't work. Not because analysts weren't capable. Because no one gave them a structure that held the weight for them.
