You're paid to think clearly.
But you spend hours just getting there.

Every decision you make as a BA leaves a trail: who said what, why something changed, what's still valid. Right now, that trail exists only in your head, or scattered across notes nobody else can piece together. When it disappears, you don't just lose time. You lose the ability to say why a requirement is what it is, or whether it still holds.

≈ 1 day
a week the average knowledge worker loses just hunting for information, and the people who have it.¹ For a business analyst, that search isn't a side task. It's the trail going cold.

Generic AI tools don't fix this, they start cold every session. Note-taking apps don't either: they store information, not the reasoning behind it.

Analysts don't have time for things that could level up their work. That's exactly the problem. The fix can't ask for more of your time, it has to give some back.

¹ McKinsey Global Institute, "The social economy: Unlocking value and productivity through social technologies" (2012), the average interaction worker spends nearly 20% of the work week (close to a full day) looking for internal information or tracking down colleagues who can help.

20 years at the intersection of IT and business. The last 5 as a trainer, mentor, and consultant to business analysts, one of the first certified BAs in Poland, 7x IIBA Certified.

I've watched the same pattern repeat across every engagement: brilliant analysts, chaotic execution. Scattered notes. Forgotten decisions. The same context re-explained meeting after meeting. I spent years trying to fix it by teaching it away, better habits, better templates, more discipline. It didn't work. Not because analysts weren't capable. Because no one gave them a structure that held the weight for them.

A few things I don't bend on:

01Support BA+AI collaboration
02Keep BA accountable
03Build sustainable algorithms
04Separate the problem from the solution

A brain that holds the context.
So you can own the value.

theBABrain is that structure: a second brain for business analysts. It holds the context you'd otherwise carry in your head or lose between sessions, the projects, the people, the decisions.

theBABrain exists so business analysts can do their sharpest work, and support the business the way it deserves.
